Calling all Wealden residents - we would love to hear your views!

This is an online survey for all Wealden residents, running in tandem with the more locally targeted paper surveys currently being delivered to some homes in and around Crowborough, Hailsham and Uckfield. Everyone is welcome to fill out either version, or both.

We are fortunate to have so much green space in rural Wealden, but our precious natural landscape is increasingly under threat
*Do you agree that our Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty (such as the Ashdown Forest and Pevensey Levels) should be fully protected from new housing development to avoid harming wildlife and destroying natural habitats?

*The Ashdown Forest is about to lose its essential EU funding of £500,000 a year (once the Brexit transition period ends). Should the UK government and local councils step in from January 1, 2021 to meet this shortfall?
